The Nagpur Chamber of Commerce and Industries (NCCI) has launched a new Business Certification Drive to help local MSMEs obtain essential certifications like ISO 9001, FSSAI, and export licenses. The campaign is designed to make local businesses more competitive in both domestic and international markets.

Through this initiative, NCCI will provide training, documentation support, and consultation at subsidized rates, especially for small-scale enterprises in sectors like food processing, manufacturing, and logistics.

“Nagpur businesses have quality — what they need is credibility,” said NCCI President Rajesh Gupta.

The drive will run until March 2026 and aims to certify at least 500 enterprises across Vidarbha. This certification will help MSMEs access new markets, qualify for government tenders, and attract partnerships from larger corporations.

Additionally, the Chamber is in talks with MIDC and SIDBI to offer low-interest loans for certification expenses. This marks another strong step toward formalizing Nagpur’s growing business ecosystem.
