Founded by Akshay Kale and Simran Patil, EduGrow Technologies is helping local schools embrace digital learning through affordable software and AI attendance tools.

The startup provides cloud-based management systems that automate fees, attendance, and report cards — all accessible via a simple mobile app. Within two years, EduGrow has onboarded 60+ schools across Vidarbha, making education management easier for teachers and parents.

“We wanted to make smart education affordable for tier-2 cities,” says Akshay.

The company was incubated under VNIT’s TBI program and recently secured seed funding from a Pune-based angel investor. EduGrow now plans to expand into Amravati and Akola, bringing digital transformation to more educational institutions.

With government initiatives pushing for Digital India in Education, EduGrow is emerging as a frontrunner in EdTech innovation outside metros.
